Industrial Maintenance Technician

Our client, Industrial Manufacturing is seeking a Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance team supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a safety-first mindset, and the drive to keep equipment running—so you can help reduce downtime and support reliable manufacturing.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Brookshire, TX

Pay Range: $39hr

Shift: 5p-5am

What's the Job?

• Provide day-to-day coverage for production line equipment by responding to alarms, breakdowns, and production requests quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and communicate actions taken to the team so production can recover fast.
• Take initiative to improve preventive maintenance (PM) documents and schedules under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Leads.
• Perform major equipment repairs and rebuilds, with some weekends and holidays required.
• Use manufacturing systems effectively (MES, spares inventory, and issue tracking) while partnering with Process and Equipment Engineering and cross-functional teams to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of experience maintaining industrial equipment and automation, or experience as an Automotive Technician, or technical military experience in lieu of a degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Siemens PLC experience highly desired.
• Fanuc robot experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with electrical/electronics, mechanical/machining, and/or automation/PLC/robotics; experience with Atlas Copco, laser welding & dispense systems is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot automation, conveyance, electromechanical, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems; ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings and electrical schematics; must have command of English language, both written and verbal.
