Our client, a Fortune 1000 manufacturer, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of technicians in a heavy machine driven Department. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, is an effective communicator with the ability to implement change which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Valley, NE
Pay Range: $80k-$110k/yr + incentive

What’s the Job?
- Administer the preventive maintenance program for all production equipment.
- Organizes and controls the use of maintenance resources to improve maintenance costs and equipment reliability.
- Instills an orientation for safety, environmental compliance and quality service in all aligned personnel.
- Must be able to work in the Plant a minimum of 5 days per week and have ability to be on call as needed on off shift and weekends
- Continuously observes for proper operating of assigned equipment.
- Recommend new or improved machines, equipment, and facilities as required.
What’s Needed?
- Associates Degree or Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field with a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience
- 2 years' of previous work experience in a leadership role
- Engineering knowledge and ability to understand engineering drawings.
- Technical and human-relations skills necessary to train, motivate and lead employees.
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or logistic operations environment.
- Practical hands on experience in Lean Manufacturing.
