Finance Manager

Our client, a growing consumer products manufacturing company, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. As a Finance Manager, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting executive leadership, sales, operations, and accounting teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence decision-making through data-driven insights.

Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Fort Wayne, IN

Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000 (DOE)

What's the Job?

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and KPI reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, financial models, and business analytics.
• Analyze profitability, pricing, margins, commissions, and customer performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support monthly and annual financial close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Partner with leadership to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CMA, MBA, or Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting, finance, or FP&A experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and proven expertise with Power BI, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
• Experience supporting budgets, forecasts, financial statements, and business performance analysis.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
