Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team. As an Operations Manager, you will be part of the operations department supporting the daily manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, business acumen, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $70k + DOE
What's the Job?
- Oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Manage and support employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Coordinate with different departments to optimize production workflows
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational performance
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards

- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus
