Part Time Resident Relations & Compliance Coordinator

Our client, is seeking a Part Time Resident Relations & Compliance Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will issue resident violations daily and follow up with correction of the violations weekly based on home standards.

 

Job Title: Part Time Resident Relations & Compliance Coordinator

Location: Cocoa, FL

Pay Range: $14.00-$18.00 per hour

 

What’s Needed?

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred, ideally with exposure to compliance-related tasks

• Capable of frequent physical activity, including walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• OK working 90% outside - 10% in office
• Exceptional face to face resident customer service, ability to discuss violations in detail
• Committed to understanding and adhering to community rules, regulations, and company standards
