Logistics Analyst

As a Logistics Analyst, you will support the Logistics and Transportation departments by enhancing data visibility, automating reporting processes, and developing analytical tools that facilitate faster and more informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a proactive approach, and excellent communication abilities, aligning well with the organization’s commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Title: Logistics Analyst

Location: Valencia, CA

Pay Range:  $28 - $30/hr. 

Shift: 40 hours a week

What's the Job?

• Support Logistics and Transportation teams by improving data visibility and developing analytical tools.
• Automate recurring logistics reports to streamline data collection and reduce manual effort.
• Analyze transportation and logistics data to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports supporting operational metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions and automation workflows.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, PivotTables, and advanced formulas.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as JD Edwards (JDE), SAP, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work with large data sets.
