1st shift Production

Our client, an industrial manufacturing team, is seeking a 1st shift Production associate to join their crew in Monticello, IN. As a 1st shift Production team member, you will support spring production by helping with hands-on work that keeps quality and output moving. Pay Range: $16

Shift: 6a - 2:30p

What's the Job?

• Help in the production of springs by supporting day-to-day manufacturing tasks.
• Assist with setup and basic production support to keep work flowing smoothly.
• Follow established procedures to help maintain consistent quality during production.
• Work effectively as part of a production team during scheduled shifts.
• Stay attentive to safety expectations while working on the production floor.

What's Needed?

• Willingness to learn production processes and follow instructions carefully.
• HSD or GED
• Ability to work Monday through Friday (MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI).
• Reliability and a strong work ethic to support consistent production needs.
• Ability to complete required screening, including: Drug Test: Oral - 6 Panel.
• No prior experience required—entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
