2nd Shift Production Associate

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Associate to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Production Associate, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Associate

Location: Fort Payne, AL

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

What's the Job?

• Complete manufacturing equipment installations and ramp-ups to ensure smooth production start-up.
• Gather, record, and analyze production information to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Perform repairs and retests for products and manufacturing facilities to maintain quality standards.
• Oversee the use of machine control systems and their application in manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and verify documentation to support manufacturing requirements and process changes.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic knowledge of principles, procedures, and work routines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate specialized machines, tools, and equipment effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
