Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality plastic components, is seeking a 2nd/3rd Shift - Production Team Member to join their team. As a 2nd/3rd Shift - Production Team Member, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd/3rd Shift - Production Team Member

Location: Spring Lake, MI

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 2nd or 3rd Shift

What's the Job?

• Operate injection molding machines and automated production equipment
• Inspect parts for quality, appearance, and dimensional accuracy
• Trim, assemble, package, and label finished products according to work instructions
• Complete production documentation and quality records accurately
• Monitor machine performance and notify leadership of equipment, quality, or safety concerns

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or machine operation experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math and measurement skills
