Assembler

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Assembler to join their team. As a Assembler, you will be part of the Department supporting the fabrication and assembly team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to follow specifications, and a safety-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Albany, MO

Pay Range: $19.36

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift available

What's the Job?

• Identify proper parts to complete assemblies by reading specification sheets and blueprints.
• Assemble parts to specification to meet required quality standards.
• Install hardware and other purchased parts into assemblies per specification.
• Insulate panels as described on the specification sheet.
• Complete appropriate paperwork and use tools such as rivet, air and other hand tools as needed.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, safety rules, shop-floor paperwork, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
