Assembly Operator

Our client, an industry leader in electrical connection and protection solutions, is seeking an Assembly Operator to join their team. As an Assembly Operator, you will be part of the Assembly, Test, Deliver department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will bring electro-mechanical assembly experience, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, and the ability to read drawings and follow work instructions, aligning successfully to help build high-quality products.

Job Title: Assembly Operator

Location: Warwick, RI

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 6am-2pm 

What's the Job?

• Build & assemble detailed products using hand and power tools, following work instructions precisely.
• Read drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials to ensure accuracy and correct assembly.
• Measure, inspect, and test products using precision tools and testing equipment to confirm they meet quality standards.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain and organize your work area by performing basic equipment maintenance and operational checks while keeping the space clean and efficient.

What's Needed?

• Electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read drawings and follow work instructions accurately.
• Team-player mindset with willingness to learn and support continuous improvement.
• 1–2 years of complex assembly experience preferred.

What's the Job?

• Construir y ensamblar productos detallados utilizando herramientas manuales y eléctricas, siguiendo las instrucciones con precisión.
• Leer planos, instrucciones de trabajo y listas de materiales (BOM) para asegurar exactitud en el ensamble.
• Medir, inspeccionar y probar productos para confirmar que cumplen con los estándares de calidad, usando herramientas de precisión y equipos de prueba.
• Empacar, etiquetar y preparar los productos terminados para su envío.
• Mantener y organizar el área de trabajo realizando mantenimiento básico del equipo y verificaciones operativas, manteniendo el espacio limpio y eficiente.

What's Needed?

• Experiencia en ensamble electromecánico.
• Atención al detalle y habilidades de resolución de problemas.
• Capacidad para leer planos y seguir instrucciones de trabajo.

• Se prefieren 1–2 años de experiencia en ensamble complejo.
