Compression Mold Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Compression Mold Operator to join their team. As a Compression Mold Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Compression Mold Operator

Location: Middleburg Heights, OH

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 10:30pm - 7am; Training on 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Set up all required mold tooling and materials according to work order instructions.
• Operate molding presses efficiently and safely to produce quality products.
• Handle tool equipment and perform job duties with precision.
• Unload finished parts using various hand tools, ensuring proper handling.
• Control processes manually using electronic controls and gauges, maintaining quality standards.

What's Needed?

• Ability to train on 1st shift
• Ability to operate hand tools and electronic controls.
• Manufacturing experience
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to production schedules.
• Ability to work in a non-temperature controlled environment with fans provided for cooling.
