Electric Assemblers

Our client is seeking Electric Assemblers to join their team. As a Electric Assemblers, you will be part of the production team supporting hands-on assembly work. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, communications, and understanding of electricity, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electric Assemblers

Location: Monticello, IN

Pay Range: $18 - $20

Shift: 7a - 3p
          3p - 11p

What's the Job?

• Assemble electrical components by reading and following blueprints and schematics.
• Use measuring tools accurately to verify fit, alignment, and assembly specifications.
• Perform electrical assembly tasks with a strong understanding of electricity and safe work practices.
• Collaborate with team members by communicating progress, issues, and required adjustments clearly.
• Maintain quality standards by checking work against blueprint requirements and documentation.

What's Needed?

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in electrical assembly or electrician-related work.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and translate them into accurate assembly steps.
• Proficiency with measuring tools used during electrical assembly and verification.
• Demonstrated understanding of electricity and how it applies to assembly work.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communications in a team environment.
