We’re hiring Manufacturing Associates/Machine Operators for positions at Acushnet’s New Bedford, MA, facility.

Location

New Bedford, MA

Shifts & Pay

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 3:00pm - 11:00pm | $20.15/hr
• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 11:00pm - 7:00am | $21.32/hr
• Weekend Shift:
  • Friday 11:00pm - 11:00am ($20.08/hr)
  • Saturday 11:00pm - 11:00am ($40.16/hr – double time!)
  • Plus 1 - 2 days during the week

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machines and production equipment
• Keep machines running by loading materials, making adjustments, and checking output
• Perform quality checks to ensure every product meets Titleist standards
• Stay on track with production goals while maintaining safety and accuracy
• Work independently and with a team to keep operations moving

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation is a plus - but not required
• Reliable, dependable, and ready to work
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Able to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Open to overtime when needed
