Pay Rate: $60.33 - $82.98/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours

This position offers $60.33-$82.98/hour, based on experience and is a short-term interim assignment supporting operations during an executive leadership search.

Typical daily duties:

• Lead all plant manufacturing operations and allocate resources to support production activities and strategic projects
• Monitor operational performance, analyze manufacturing issues, and implement solutions to ensure consistent product delivery
• Establish and manage operational budgets, labor utilization, material usage, yields, waste reduction, and overall manufacturing costs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and other quality management systems
• Maintain plant policies and procedures related to safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
• Proven experience implementing new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency
• Strong background in continuous improvement, quality systems, and manufacturing leadership
• 12+ years of manufacturing production and process/engineering experience preferred
• 10+ years of leadership and management experience preferred
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred
