Lab Technician

Our client is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team in McPherson, KS. As a Lab Technician, you’ll be part of the lab environment where accuracy, safety, and attention to detail matter every day. Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Support routine laboratory testing and documentation to help ensure results are accurate and traceable.
• Prepare samples, equipment, and work areas according to established procedures and safety requirements.
• Perform basic lab tasks such as measuring, recording observations, and maintaining organized records.
• Follow quality and compliance standards while working with lab tools, materials, and controlled processes.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient lab workflow.

• Ability to learn and follow lab procedures carefully, with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Willingness to work safely and consistently in a lab setting.
• Basic understanding of lab documentation practices and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with lab equipment and materials under established guidelines.
