Our client is seeking Machine Operators to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production team supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and listening skills, the ability to follow safety procedures, and the drive to learn and apply job-related skills—skills that will help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Bedford Park, IL

Shifts: 2nd Shift (3PM - 11PM) - $23.82
3rd Shift (11PM - 7AM), $23.92

Monday - Friday with mandatory overtime

What's the Job?

• Operate production equipment safely while complying with all safety rules.
• Inspect, identify, and correct quality concerns to help maintain product standards.
• Read a tape measure (to 1/16 measurement), perform basic math, and use some computer skills as needed.
• Learn and apply job-related skills to support consistent, efficient production.
• Work a standard 8-hour shift up to six days per week with flexibility for overtime (including early/late coverage and weekend scheduling).

What's Needed?

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to lift, push/pull up to 50 lbs; navigate stairs; and stand, walk, bend, and kneel for 8 or more hours.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and accuracy.
• Ability to work a standard 8-hour shift up to six days per week with flexibility to cover open positions through overtime.
• On-site tour/interviews required, and both BG.DT must clear before you can start.
