Machine Operator

Our client, manufacturing is seeking a Machine Operator 2nd shift to join their team. As a Machine Operator 2nd shift, you will be part of the production team supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a focus on quality, and the drive to meet production requirements consistently skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator 2nd shift

Location: American Fork, UT

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 2nd Shift 4:00PM-12:30AM

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machines to support production goals and maintain steady workflow.
• Consistently meet production requirements while maintaining attention to detail throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following established safety practices and procedures.
• Packing finished materials into dunnage, and loading and unloading as needed to keep materials moving.
• Check that finished workpieces conform to specifications and complete documentation accurately for process monitors and production tickets.

What's Needed?

• Ability to start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions during the shift.
• Willingness to troubleshoot and fix issues that might occur during the shift, following site procedures.
• Strong quality mindset to verify finished workpieces meet specifications.
• Comfort working in a production environment with clear expectations for output and documentation.
• Dependability and focus to maintain a clean, safe work area while supporting continuous operations.
