Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the roofing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, safety-consciousness, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Cumming, GA

Pay Range: $22

Shift: Rotating days and nights, every other weekend off, 4 nights, 2 days off, 3 days, 2 days off

What's the Job?

• Operate manufacturing equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform quality inspections on produced parts
• Maintain accurate operational records
• Participate in production team activities during start-up, downtime, and clean-up
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in assigned areas

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of manufacturing or military experience
• Ability to operate equipment and handle physical tasks
• Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
