Our client, Industrial is seeking a Machinist - Manual and CNC to join their team. As a Machinist - Manual and CNC, you will be part of the Machine Shop supporting precision production and repair work. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of math and mechanics, and the drive to produce consistent, high-quality parts that meet specifications.

Job Title: Machinist - Manual and CNC

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $21.00 - $28.80 PER HRS

Shift: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM 

What's the Job?

  • Produce and repair precision parts using manual machines (lathe, mill, band saw) and precision tools for accurate measurements.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand job requirements and output expectations.
  • Measure, mark, and prepare material for cutting or shaping, ensuring parts meet required tolerances.
  • Review completed work for consistency with specifications and maintain quality throughout the job.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and repairs while keeping the work area clean and safe.

What's Needed?

  • Proven experience as a machinist with the ability to run manual machines and use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
  • Strong knowledge of math and mechanics, with the ability to read, write legibly and follow technical documentation.
  • Ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane.
  • Knowledge of metal and other material properties, plus the ability to maintain accurate job and material records.
