Job Title: Manufacturing Equipment Technician | Siemens
Location: Fort Payne, AL
Pay Range: $16 - $17 /hour

What's the Job?

• Install, set up, and support manufacturing equipment during new product introductions and production ramp-ups.
• Troubleshoot, repair, test, and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Monitor machine performance and gather production data to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Operate and support specialized manufacturing equipment, automated systems, and machine control technologies.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve processes, resolve technical challenges, and support daily manufacturing operations.

What's Needed?

• Technical or vocational training in Manufacturing, Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of manufacturing, production, maintenance, or industrial equipment experience.
• Basic knowledge of automated equipment, machine controls, troubleshooting, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to follow standardized work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
