Post & Pre Bond Associate Workers

Job Title: Pre/Post Bond Assembly – 2nd & 3rd Shift
Location: Dayton, OH
Division: Noise, Vibration, and Harshness | Engineered Materials Group
Schedule: 3rd Shift (overtime and weekends as needed)

Job Summary:
Assemble aerospace components for vibration‑control products using various tools and equipment. Support post‑bond operations while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble aerospace components per work instructions
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Ensure equipment and materials meet procedural requirements
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Support audits and continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

• HS diploma or GED
• 1+ year manufacturing experience (2+ years aerospace preferred)
• Ability to read work instructions, procedures, and basic blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (50% of the time) and perform physical job duties
• Willingness to work overtime/weekends with limited notice
