Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Process Operator to join our team in New Holland, PA. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment and systems according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform routine inspections and adjustments to ensure process efficiency and product quality
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate complex problems when necessary
• Accurately document production data, including output, downtime, and quality checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety training and initiatives
• Collaborate with team members, maintenance, and quality departments to meet production goals
• Assist with changeovers, startups, and shutdowns of equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or process operations preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, noise)
