Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in quality assurance and safety standards, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate / Operator to join their team. As a Production Associate / Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, supporting quality control and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate / Operator

Location: Fort Mill, SC

Pay Range: $19 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, ALL 8HR SHIFTS

What's the Job?

  • Inspect assembled products for defects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
  • Perform measurements, weight checks, and visual inspections of doors and raw materials
  • Utilize tools such as tape measures, calipers, and hand tools to repair and straighten doors with quality defects
  • Document repairs, inspections, and quality checks accurately and timely
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts and maintain a clean, organized work environment

What's Needed?

  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, tickets, and quality specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
  • Basic reading and writing skills, with the ability to perform simple calculations
  • Experience with hand tools such as sanders, putty knives, and chisels is preferred
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a warehouse environment
