Our client, a leading organization in the industrial manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their dynamic team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process supporting various roles including painting, assembly, saw operation, and material handling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: West Knoxville, TN
Pay Range: $17-$20 DOE
Shift: Fri-Sun 5:30AM-6PM (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours)
What's the Job?
- Operate machinery such as saws and painting equipment to support production processes
- Assemble components and perform material handling tasks efficiently and accurately
- Maintain safety standards and keep work areas clean and hazard-free
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of orders
- Follow production workflows and safety guidelines consistently
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive motions
- Tolerance to odors, fumes, airborne particles, heat, and noise levels
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk throughout a large facility
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to work well with others
