Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Weekend Production Associate to join their team. As a Weekend Production Associate, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Weekend Production Associate

Location: Fort Payne, AL

Pay Range: $17.00/hour

Shift: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

What's the Job?

  • Complete manufacturing equipment installations and ramp-ups to support production goals.
  • Gather, record, and analyze production information to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Perform repairs and retests on products and manufacturing facilities to maintain operational standards.
  • Oversee the use of machine control systems and ensure proper operation in manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and verify manuscripts for machine control systems to support manufacturing requirements.

What's Needed?

  • Basic knowledge of principles, procedures, and routines in manufacturing environments.
  • Up to 1 year of relevant experience or vocational training in manufacturing or related fields.
  • Ability to operate specialized machines, tools, and equipment effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve manufacturing-related issues promptly.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
