Our client, a leading manufacturer in the foam production industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Saw Position Plant 1 to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Saw Position Plant 1, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Saw Position Plant 1

Location: Elkhart, IN

Pay Range: $19

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

What's the Job?

• Operate saw equipment safely and efficiently to cut materials according to specifications
• Measure and cut materials accurately based on production requirements
• Read and follow work orders and production schedules to ensure timely completion
• Inspect finished products to meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and assist with material handling as needed

What's Needed?

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
