Assembly: 1st Shift – Residential  

Manpower is seeking an experienced - Assembly Manufacturing to join a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in manufacturing assembly who is passionate about safety, quality, and team development.

Job Title:Assembly 

Location:  Fort Lauderdale

Competitive Pay: $17.00 - $18.30 per hour Pay rate varies based on the shift selected.

What’s the Job?

✅ Assemble customized HVAC units according to work instructions, engineering drawings, and customer specifications.

✅ Read and interpret work instructions, product drawings, and Special Handling Sheets (SHS)

✅Perform the assembly of customized HVAC units using hand and power tools while following engineering drawings, work instructions, quality standards, and customer-specific requirements

✅ Inspect finished products for quality standards, identify defects, and properly manage non-conforming materials

✅ Perform product rework as necessary to meet quality expectations

What’s Needed?

✅Minimum of 2 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing or HVAC environment

✅ Strong knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and manufacturing work instructions

✅ Ability to read and interpret product drawings, standard work procedures, and job travelers

✅ Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
