Machine Operator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting coil winding operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Rainsville, AL

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour

Shift:  6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Wind basic coils to meet specifications and quality standards using Bachi and/or Broomfield winders.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
• Select and prepare tools, arbors, and materials based on specifications.
• Make limited set-ups and adjustments to winding machines to ensure precision.
• Operate various coil winding equipment, including hand-guided bench lathe machines and two-layer coil operations.

What's Needed?

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret process instructions, visual aids, and control drawings.
• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Physical ability to stand or sit for an 8-hour shift and handle physical demands of the role.
• Willingness to participate in physical inventory activities and maintain safety standards.
