Machine Operator

Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Operations team supporting production needs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to safety, a focus on quality, and the drive to learn and improve on the job.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Fayetteville, TN

Pay Range: $40000 - $50000

Shift: days and nights available

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance during production to help ensure consistent output.
• Perform routine checks and basic adjustments as needed to support quality standards.
• Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and production requirements to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe, reliable operations.

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail to support quality and reduce errors.
• Willingness to learn machine operation processes and continuously improve.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working around industrial equipment.
• Dependable attendance and a safety-first mindset.
