Machine Operator

Our client, manufacturing operations is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day manufacturing goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: American Fork, UT

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 3rd Shift 12am-8:30am

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machines to support consistent production.
• Consistently meet production requirements while maintaining output standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Packing finished materials into dunnage and also loading and unloading.
• Check that the finished workpiece conforms to specifications and complete documentation correctly for process monitors and production tickets.

What's Needed?

• Ability to start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions.
• Willingness to help fix issues that might occur during the shift.
• Attention to detail to ensure finished workpieces meet specifications.
• Comfort working with process monitors and completing production documentation accurately.
• Dependability in meeting production requirements and maintaining safe work practices.
