Manufacturing Associate

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial production, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and quality control processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Scottsburg, IN

Pay Range: $16.50

Shift: 3rd shift: 11pm - 7:30am

What's the Job?

• Monitor product coming off molding machines for defects
• Check products against visual examples for quality assurance
• Pack products according to written instructions and packing standards
• Trim excess fragments from molded parts as needed
• Count and organize parts for efficient packing and shipping

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing or assembly
• Ability to perform quality checks and operate molding presses
• Background check and drug test required
• Willingness to complete a walk-through prior to starting
