Night Shift - Assembler

Our client, is seeking a Night Shift - Assemblers to join their team. You will be part of the Production team supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a steady pace in a high-speed environment, and the drive to learn and follow quality standards—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Night Shift - Assembler

Location: York, PA

Pay Range: $25.46/hr 

Shift: Night Shift 7:30pm-6:00am Monday-Thursday

What's the Job?

• Work in a variety of production roles, with current assignments focused on assembly.
• Operate pre-set equipment for basic, repetitive production tasks.
• Place parts in the specified relationship to each other and check parts for fit, function, and cosmetic quality.
• Perform simple equipment adjustments as required and use a variety of tools to complete tasks.
• Inspect and evaluate parts, components, and assemblies throughout the process, reporting defects during all phases.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma/GED or one-year of verified work experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and maintain performance in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Comfort working with tools and performing tasks that require precision and consistency.
• Ability to align, tighten fasteners, perform general servicing, and gauge as part of assembly duties.
• Commitment to quality checks and defect reporting during production.
