Our client, Production and Manufacturing is seeking a Production - Assembly to join their team. As a Production - Assembly, you will be part of the Production team supporting daily assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production - Assembly

Location: Johns Creek, GA

Pay Range: $20.00-23.00/hour

Shift: 1sdt

What's the Job?

Assemble components and products according to work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
Perform hands-on production tasks while maintaining consistent output and accuracy.
Inspect parts and finished items to ensure they meet specifications and workmanship requirements.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Support continuous improvement by identifying issues and communicating needs to the team.

What's Needed?

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work instructions accurately.
Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency in assembly work.
Comfort working on a production floor and meeting daily production expectations.
Willingness to follow safety rules, wear required PPE, and work responsibly.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers.
