Production Associate

Our client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong manual dexterity, solid reading/comprehension skills, and a commitment to safety and quality—so you can help deliver the right product, at the right time, to customer specifications.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: New Hope, MN

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Shift: Sunday Night - Friday Morning; 11:00PM - 7:30AM

What's the Job?

• Obtain the correct documentation for the batch and ensure the correct ingredients are delivered to the work area.
• Set up and start production machinery, checking controls for adherence to operating and safety procedures.
• Notify appropriate personnel in a timely manner of any issues, problems, or concerns.
• Safely and neatly process materials packages and/or skids material to the correct size/container according to customer specifications.
• Accurately complete and maintain required paperwork and perform all required machine cleaning while maintaining housekeeping standards.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing/Industrial Operations experience (1 year).
• Cross-functional problem-solving techniques experience (1 year).
• Forklift Operators License (Manufacturing/Maintenance - Fork Lift Operators License).
• Intermediate skills in manual dexterity, quantitative skills, reading/comprehension, and conflict resolution.
