Production Associates

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking dedicated Production Associates to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, supporting the operations team to ensure efficient production flow. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associates

Location: Lonoke, AR

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 3:15 PM - 2:45 AM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Tend to one or more machines or processes as directed by the area supervisor
• Transport raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods to support process flow
• Perform quality assurance checks and maintain process documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols
• Handle hazardous waste properly, including labeling, inspecting, and storing

What's Needed?

• High School diploma, G.E.D., or recognized equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
• Basic computer skills to navigate and print documents
• Willingness to wear protective equipment and follow safety procedures
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
