Production Worker
Our client, manufacturing and production operations is seeking a General Laborer / Production Worker to join their team. You will be part of the manufacturing support team, helping keep day-to-day production running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to follow directions while staying productive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay Range: $20.00 + depending on experience

Shift: 10:30pm - 6:30am (8 hours per shift)

What's the Job?

• Assist the manufacturing department in purging files.
• Perform clean-up and upkeep tasks, including sweeping, painting, and general facility maintenance.
• Assisting the machine operators, loading and unloading machines
• Quality checks
• Read and measure using a tape measure down to 1/16 for assigned tasks.
• Lift up to 30 lbs as needed and remain standing for extended periods.
• Work safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures while multitasking as directed.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16.
• Comfort with standing all day and lifting up to 30 lbs as required.
• Willingness to follow directions carefully and complete tasks efficiently.
• Ability to multitask and maintain focus in a production environment.
• Commitment to working safely and following established procedures.
