Job Title: Shop assistant part time

Location: Fairfield, IA

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 25 hours a week, 1st shift 

What's the Job?

• Help with polishing molds and drilling vents
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked shop floor 
• Assist mold makers with general tasks such as sweeping
• Support inventory-related tasks such as stocking, restocking, and keeping items properly arranged.
• May deliver molds to customers 
• Follow established procedures for handling products and completing routine shop duties accurately.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and priorities are met.

What's Needed?

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in routine tasks.
• Ability to work part time and stay reliable with assigned responsibilities.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Clear communication skills and willingness to help customers and teammates.
• Basic understanding of shop operations including stocking and organization practices.
• Valid Drivers license
