Pay Rate: $29.50-33.93/hr.
Schedule: 3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday, 9:45pm-6:30am
Assignment Length: 6 Months

Our client in Scarborough, Maine is hiring Team Leads to support overnight manufacturing operations. If you have prior Team Lead or Group Lead experience and are looking for an opportunity to expand your leadership skills in a regulated manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you. These positions pay $29.50-33.93/hr. and are expected to last 6 months.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected manufacturing operation where you'll play a key role in supporting production goals, mentoring team members, and ensuring quality standards are met. Typical daily duties:

• Coordinate production activities and ensure adherence to build schedules
• Communicate work instructions and provide training and support to team members
• Monitor quality and production goals while conducting regular audits
• Prioritize workflow and assist with troubleshooting production issues
• Maintain compliance with manufacturing and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing Lead experience (1-3 years required)
• Experience utilizing GMP practices and techniques
• Strong communication and leadership skills
