Tile and Concrete Production Associate l

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the construction industry, is seeking a Concrete Production Associate I to join their team. As a Production Associate I, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Concrete Production Associate I

Location: Corona, CA

Pay Range: $20.00/hour

Shift: 

• 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight)
• 10:30 PM – 8:00 AM

What's the Job?

• Operate machinery to prepare and fulfill production orders efficiently and accurately
• Review orders, locate materials using RF guns, and weigh materials as per specifications
• Ensure safety protocols are consistently followed during all operations
• Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the work area
• Assist in staging materials for upcoming shifts and ensure smooth shift handoffs
• Working in a construction setting, manufacturing cement/concrete bags. 

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate machinery and handle materials safely
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and shift transitions
• Willingness to follow safety and quality standards
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment is a plus
