Warehouse Associate

Our client is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting day-to-day material movement, quality checks, and accurate staging for production and shipment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment—bringing a strong work ethic and attention to detail that helps keep operations running smoothly.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: McAllen, TX

Pay Range: $10.50/hour

Shift: Monday through Saturday | Start time: 5:00 AM | Typical end time: 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM (depending on workload)

What's the Job?

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Inspect products and materials for quality or damage
• Sort, stage, label, and prepare materials for production or shipment
• Maintain accurate counts of materials and products
• Keep assigned work areas clean, organized, and safe while following all warehouse and safety procedures

What's Needed?

• Open availability to work Monday through Saturday and required overtime
• Comfort working extended shifts and meeting the demands of a physically active role
• Dependability and reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
• Ability to meet the position’s background screening requirements
