Warehouse Associate

Our client, Foodservice Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting fast, accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the drive to perform in a fast-paced environment—while helping ensure customer orders are selected, organized, and ready for shipment.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Boise, ID

Pay Range: $20 an hour

Shift: 3rd / Night

What's the Job?

• Accurately select, pick, and palletize customer orders using an electric pallet jack (EPJ) and RF scanner.
• Organize products and build pallets according to routing and shipment requirements.
• Perform order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory-related activities.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including ride-on electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Work in ambient, refrigerated, and freezer environments while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience operating a ride-on electric pallet jack (EPJ).
• Experience using RF scanning equipment (handheld or arm-mounted scanners).
• Previous order picking and packing experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain a strong safety mindset.
