Weekend Nights Production Associate

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Weekend Nights Production Associate to join their team. As a Weekend Nights Production Associate, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Weekend Nights Production Associate

Location: Fort Payne, AL

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour

Shift: Night Shift, Weekend Nights (Second Shift) 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

What's the Job?

• Complete manufacturing equipment related installations and ramp-ups.
• Gather, record, and analyze production information to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform repairs and retests for products and manufacturing facilities to maintain quality standards.
• Oversee the use of machine control systems in manufacturing equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Resolve manufacturing-related problems affecting daily operations to minimize downtime.

What's Needed?

• Basic knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, and work routines in manufacturing environments.
• Up to 1 year of experience in a related field, supported by a 2-year vocational training program.
• Ability to operate specialized machines, tools, and equipment effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as required.
