Welder

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing services, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder

Location: Seattle, WA

Pay Range: $38 - $42 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform manual welding using MIG, TIG, and laser welding processes on various materials including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Weld components produced through CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication ensuring high-quality standards
• Read and interpret welding symbols, engineering drawings, and work instructions accurately
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate filler materials, gases, and parameters
• Inspect welds visually for defects and verify they meet specifications and industry standards

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of welding experience with MIG and/or TIG processes
• AWS Certified Welder certification in at least one process
• Ability to read and interpret welding symbols and engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
