Our client, a leading logistics and warehouse operations team, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations department supporting day-to-day receiving, staging, and inventory movement. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment—while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Kyle, TX

Pay Range: $21.50 - $22.50/hour

Shift: Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM / Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Friday - Sunday)

What's the Job?

  • Safely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and follow all PIT safety guidelines while loading, unloading, and moving materials.
  • Load and unload trailers efficiently, maximizing trailer space utilization and supporting smooth dock operations.
  • Receive supplier materials through the Gantry system and ensure receipt accuracy.
  • Use RF scanners (Zebra guns), tablets, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to complete transactions accurately.
  • Support inventory accuracy by following put-away instructions, reporting location issues, and applying FIFO processes when required.

What's Needed?

  • Previous forklift experience required.
  • At least 1 year of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred.
  • Experience using RF scanners (Zebra guns) and/or WMS preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods; dependable attendance and punctuality.
