Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our production team. This role involves operating bag-filling machinery, stacking finished products on pallets, shrink-wrapping by hand, and performing other tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.

• Operate bag filler machines to package products according to specifications.
• Inspect filled bags for quality and accuracy before palletizing.
• Place finished bags onto pallets in an organized and secure manner.
• Manually shrink-wrap pallets to prepare for storage or shipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety guidelines.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift and move 45–50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.
