Hatchery Laborer - 3rd Shift

Our client, a hatchery operations team, is seeking a Hatchery Laborer - 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Hatchery Laborer - 3rd Shift, you will be part of the production support group, helping keep daily hatchery processes running smoothly. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to follow detailed cleaning and production routines consistently.

Job Title: Hatchery Laborer - 3rd Shift

Location: Belleville, PA

Pay Range: $17.25

Shift: Third Shift: Saturday - Wednesday, 5:30pm - 1:00a (8hr shift)

What's the Job?

• Set eggs as part of the hatchery production workflow
• Unload and clean trucks to support smooth operations
• Clean boxes and maintain organized work areas
• Clean cages and incubators to help ensure proper sanitation
• Complete full clean up after production to keep the facility ready for the next shift

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift 40-60 lbs as needed for production and cleaning tasks
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with consistent sanitation expectations
• Willingness to follow dress code and on-site hygiene requirements
• Reliability and readiness to work the scheduled third shift days
• Attention to detail to complete cleaning tasks thoroughly
