Manufacturing Documentation Specialist

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Manufacturing Documentation Specialist to join their team. As a Manufacturing Documentation Specialist, you will be part of the Manufacturing Support Department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Documentation Specialist

Location: Tonawanda, NY

Pay: $23/hour

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Assist in creating detailed setup sheets for CNC machining processes
• Shadow CNC Machinists to document the entire setup process
• Record tooling used and all relevant specifications accurately
• Capture setup photos to ensure comprehensive documentation
• Enter data into Shop Guru setup sheets efficiently and accurately

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience in creating spreadsheets and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Some knowledge of CNC Machining is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
