Material Handler
Location: Linden, CA
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Material Handler to join our team in Linden, CA. This role involves working both indoors and outdoors while supporting production and warehouse operations. Candidates must be comfortable performing physical labor, lifting heavy materials, and working in various weather conditions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work both inside the facility and outdoors as required.
• Hand-pack products according to company standards.
• Apply labels to products and completed orders.
• Dump and handle soil and other raw materials.
• Stack and palletize bags weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with other warehouse and production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Previous warehouse, production, or material handling experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
