Packer

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Packer-Palletizer to join their team. As a Packer-Palletizer, you will be part of the Production team supporting multiple production lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, the ability to follow standard operating procedures, and the drive to keep work organized and accurate—helping ensure customer ship dates are met.

Job Title: Packer-Palletizer

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: $18.50 

Shift: M-F, 6a–2:30p

What's the Job?

• Proactively satisfy internal and external customer demand by packing units accurately and efficiently.
• Package units safely according to standard operating procedures and customer specifications.
• Prioritize packaging jobs across multiple production lines to support on-time shipping.
• Keypunch transactions and print accurate documentation and packing labels.
• Maintain an organized packing area, keeping materials, tools, and equipment in their designated locations.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer experience, preferably with SAP.
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a high-quality, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
• Ability to stand all day and pack units across multiple production lines, including assembling large cardboard cartons for shipping.
